CV Score is operated from the United Kingdom and is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Our Service provides AI-powered CV analysis, cover letter generation, interview preparation, and salary benchmarking tools designed to help job seekers optimise their applications.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Our AI analysis is provided as guidance only and should not be considered as professional career advice. Results may vary and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes regarding job applications or interviews.
CV Score offers both free and paid subscription plans. The Free plan provides limited access to our features. The Pro plan (£14.99/month) provides expanded access including unlimited CV analyses, cover letter generation, interview preparation, and salary benchmarking. Enterprise plans are available with custom pricing.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by CV Score and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (such as your CV). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and analyse your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-generated content (such as cover letters, interview answers, and analysis reports) is provided for your personal use. You may use this content in your job applications, but we make no representations regarding its originality or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV Score shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated analysis and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for career decisions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are domiciled.
